5+ years’ experience in Windows operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022) and Citrix administration

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows server environments, ensuring system performance and reliability.Install, configure, upgrade and maintenance the Citrix Infrastructure  [According to the new updates release by the vendor].Strong Knowledge in the Citrix Architecture [ Netscaler, Store Front, Delivery Controller, VDA, etc.. ]Ensure the Citrix Environment is Healthy [implement agendas to verify that all is good]Able to resolve incidents / issues in the Citrix platform. Raise tickets to the vendor.Able to manage, give support on VDI’s  [ Install Updates and maintenance in the Master Image ]Manage access though Groups, publish application.Able to request and install certificates to ensure secure communication between the different roles and the client accessKnowledge in Active Directory, DHCPCollaborate with other IT Application team members to support end-users and resolve technical issues and high priority incidents.

QualificationsQualified and  verifiable experience on (2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022).High troubleshooting experience Windows System AdministratorStrong VMware knowledge.Strong knowledge in Citrix ArchitectureHigh communication skillsFluent communication in EnglishBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
