What you'll be doing
\tProactively monitor and ensure the operational health of client IT infrastructure and systems by identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems.\tLead and support incident resolution processes to ensure swift restoration of services.\tImplement and maintain Microsoft Windows Server technologies (Windows 2016 and above), System Center products such as SCOM, SCCM, and Orchestrator.\tDesign and deploy solutions incorporating WAN/LAN technologies, storage systems, and database systems, particularly Microsoft SQL.\tDevelop and utilize scripts (e.g., Powershell) for automation and efficiency.\tManage Active Directory services, including DHCP, DNS, and GPO, while maintaining firewall rules and concepts.\tCollaborate in a dynamic, multinational environment, driving client-focused service and solutions.\tTake ownership of responsibilities, lead technical teams, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.\tContribute to structured problem-solving and adhere to ITIL processes for operational efficiency.
What you'll bring along
\tBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent level through experience and professional training\tMinimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role\tExtensive experience with Windows infrastructure in mid-to-large size environments.\tStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and System Center products.\tFamiliarity with WAN/LAN technologies, storage systems, Active Directory, and firewall principles.\tAdvanced scripting proficiency, particularly Powershell, to automate and enhance processes.\tProven ability to design complex architectures and solve problems methodically.\tService-oriented mindset and ability to communicate effectively in multicultural settings.\tInitiative, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.\tExperience with McAfee ePO and related tools (VirusScan, Policy Auditor).\tFamiliarity with certificate-enabled technologies (SSL/TLS, S/MIME, Authentication, etc.).\tKnowledge of VMware products, PKI implementation, and certificate lifecycle management.\tUnderstanding of modern IT practices, including DevOps and cloud operations.\tExcellent command of both spoken and written English , any other European languages are considered a plus.
