Winding Assembler

Performing final finishing of transformer windings and carrying out the assembly of the winding
blocks
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work plans
Validating the alignment of the windings within the required tolerances and performing any
correction, if required
Operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and performing welding when necessary
Preparing the final winding block for drying and pressing processes
Performing measurements and quality inspections for winding blocks including reviewing the
tolerances in accordance with technical requirements
Supporting in developing and maintaining the documentation of technical instructions for the
winding assembly procedures
Training and mentoring of new hires into department.
Planning and reviewing the tasks to be carried out according to pre-established production plan
and manufacturing standards.
Responsible to fulfill and/or to support to fulfill all protocols, policies, guidelines, and competences
coming from all current system [EHS, QA, CyberSec, etc.].
