Work Experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering10+ Years of Relevant Engineering Work (design, project, test, etc.)5+ Years of Experience in Wind Power Generation and/or Drivetrain ExperienceDemonstrated History of Leadership Capability and Project OwnershipTravel to wind sites as often as 5-10 days per monthPhysically Capable of Climbing a Wind Turbine and Executing Field Work

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in power generation (renewables preferred) or related industrial fieldGear, Bearing, Bolted Joint Design, Application and/or Maintenance ExperienceLicensed Professional EngineerMasters of Science in Mechanical EngineeringExperience in Project Management and/or Personnel SupervisionExperience with AutoCAD or Solid WorksExperience with Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systemSix Sigma certification, Shainin Red 8 Journeyman or similar quality process certification
