Roles and Responsibilities
Create and maintain a centralized repository of all investment programs alongside key assumptions and critical information on spend and timing.Partner with program managers and functional finance managers to build standard investment rationales using lean problem solving.Facilitate steering committee reviews to drive investment and PO approvals.Drive capex forecasting and planning as part of the monthly closing cycle and the annual strategy / budgeting exercise.Monitor investment performance through PO tracking, actuals reconciliation with the ledger, feed to FP&A closing, and monthly reporting to Wind SLT.Implement One Wind standard work and drive continuous improvement in the capex governance framework (people, process, systems)Partner with Product Management to build standard assumptions for capital expenditure investments across new programs.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or operationsMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a finance / operational roleDesired Characteristics

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
