Programs and maintains robotic cells by assisting in all phases of robotic design, development, production, testing, and operations.

Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide input for fixture design on new and existing programs. Assist with the sourcing of equipment, parts, supplies, and technical supportDevelops and maintains the layout of work cellsEstablish production/process standardsEstablish and monitor maintenance schedulesWrite and update specific work instructions for Robotic cells.Train personnel on equipment and processes.Maintain robots, mechanical or electronic equipment, and PLCs. Analyze robotic problems and help with root cause analysis and corrective measuresProvide feedback for long–term machine use/efficiencyIdentify and implement process improvements and modifications to ensure the greatest efficiency in the manufacturing environment, with safety and productivity as a priority Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for the job task.Observe all established safety rules and regulations, including Lock Out Tag Out requirements, and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition

Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience requiredMinimum of 2 years’ mechanical experienceExperience in electronics (including PLCs) requiredExperience in Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Reading blueprints/schematics requiredExposure to/experience with CAD programs preferredExperience in the plastics industry is preferredExperience using a forklift preferredMust obtain and maintain a valid forklift license to hold the positionAll required WilbertU Courses based on job title

Pay Range:

25.00 - 37.50
