Responsible for planning and overseeing our production operations to ensure manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.(When assigned to Warehouse)
Responsible for planning and controlling warehouse and shipping activities to store and distribute raw materials and finished goods inventories.Observe and enforce compliance with all established safety rules and regulations.Monitor Plant Intelligence Center to manage and prioritize changeovers, equipment maintenance and repairs, product quality issues, cycle times, and labor utilization, and attend meetings as required.Ensure adherence to WPS Operational Excellence Manual and all associated policies and processes.Plan and execute production activity as established by master scheduleEnsure accurate production, scrap, and machine utilization data reportingPartner with tooling, processing, and maintenance to schedule downtime for repairs, mold changes, and other equipment adjustmentsReport all downtime, production interruptions, missed shipments, and other exceptions as dictated by policyProvide accurate labor/attendance and production reports to the management teamPrepare requisitions for procurement of suppliesProvide excellent customer service to all internal and external customersParticipate in recruiting, screening, and hiring of employeesHelp support building a strong team that is cross-functional across all Departments“Lead by example,” and maintain a strong professional demeanor at all times, and always possess a “Can-do attitude.”Use sound judgment and accurate data while formulating plans of actionPromote employee training objectives and ensure compliance with all WilbertU training requirementsIdentify high-potential employees and actively develop team members to build bench strength and plan for successionManage resources to meet or exceed established targets for greater efficiency, increased machine uptime, and improved quality, aligning with division and corporate vision, goals, and objectives
Pay Range:
