As the first point of contact, you'll provide friendly service, manage appointments, and help ensure participants receive timely, accurate support. **What You’ll Do:** + Greet and assist participants with warmth and professionalism + Schedule appointments and answer phones + Collect and verify eligibility information + Enter and update participant data in the WIC system + Issue food benefits and explain program details + Support clinic flow and staff with day-to-day operations + Follow up on missed appointments and referrals + Help train new staff and assist other clinics as needed **Minimum Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Excellent customer service and communication skills + Ability to handle confidential information appropriately + Basic computer and data entry skills + Strong team player with a helpful attitude **Preferred:** Bilingual skills are a plus! **Ready to support families?** Apply today and help us create a welcoming, supportive environment for WIC participants! **This opening is at the Charlotte St WIC location** **Shift is 7:30-5:00, Monday-Thursday** **Working at University Health is about making a difference.
