Position Summary...What you'll do...Creates budgets for truck load and export sales expenses and wages and monitors indexing making sure budgeted numbers are achievedDrives sales in a Facility by ensuring effective merchandise presentation including accurate and competitive pricing proper signing instock and inventory levels budgeting and forecasting sales and assessing economic trends and demographicsEnsures compliance with Company and legal policies procedures and regulations for a Facility by analyzing and interpreting reports implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls overseeing safety operational and quality assurance reviews developing and implementing action plans and providing direction and guidance on executing Company programs and strategic initiativesEnsures confidentiality of information documentation and assigned records as required by Company policiesEnsures membership growth by improving the member experience and building member relationships by making business visits requesting club of the community merchandise and appropriately training and scheduling member service associatesModels enforces and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Member service approaches and techniques to ensure Member needs complaints and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standardsOversees and enforces the execution of food safety standards cold chain compliance and food merchandise quality by evaluating the temperature storage sanitation date coding product rotation and recalls on stocked merchandiseOversees the implementation of and participates in community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as a good member of the communityProvides supervision and development opportunities for Associates in the Facility by selecting training mentoring assigning duties providing recognition and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplaceConducts sales calls with Members and potential Members to sell truck loads of merchandiseEnsures truck load and export sales are appropriately processed including ringing up the merchandise creating sales documents accepting and processing the payment creating all shipping and ownership transfer documents and monitoring the loading of the merchandise into trailers or containers for shipping according to Company Policies and Procedures

The annual salary range for this position is $69,000.00-$84,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
