You ‘ll be developing compelling customer propositions that unlock growth opportunities and improve the balanced profit delivery. **Your Day-to-day Will Be Including:** + Development of an area coverage/contact plan to guarantee delivery of targets expressed in the commercial plan. + Drive of maximum Return of Investment (ROI) from allocated area (through commercial proposals). + Closure of supervising and follow up on brilliant execution through regular and consistent coverage plan within outlets. + Relationship management (commercial agreements according to policy, implementation of agreements, exploration of opportunities). + Detailed tracking and monitoring of financial performance. + Responsibility for governing depletions and stock data. + Closure of aging debt (collections). + Action on tailor made activation and detailed elements of activity execution. + Continuous customer contact/network plan within area of responsibility. + Identification of opportunities for new business development in area of responsibility. + Accurate and timely approval of rebates, invoice claims and deductions. + Strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion and conflict management/resolution skills. + Ability to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions. **Your Way Of Working:** + Ownership and accountability for outcomes (acting like an owner, actively taking initiatives to drive phenomenal performance) + Improving ROI for each key customer through detailed P&L analysis + Expert analysis of multiple data sources is converted quickly into clear actions + Implementation of plan actions with particular focus on preparation (product prioritization, NSV, debts etc.) + Excellent collaboration with Outlet Developers and effective information flow within the team regarding Sell Out, Stocks, opportunities, competition etc. + Ongoing & effective cross-functional partnership to deliver comprehensive performance **About you** + Demonstrated ability in a Sales department of FMCG - On Trade Channel experience is a big plus. + Excellent relationship-building skills, confident, honest and solid communication, team-playing, innovative thinking, results-orientation, trustful, high energy and drive, outstanding negotiations skills, good prioritization + P&L literacy - strong numerical and analytical skills + Comfort in using MS Office (especially excel) + Proficiency in both Greek and English + Academical background: BSc in Economics/Marketing/Management **Working with us** **Flexible Working Statement** Flexibility is key to our success.
