Wholesale Operations Planner - International Franchise

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Wholesale Operations Planner to join our International team. In this role, you will:

Coordinate Customer Orders: Manage the processing of orders from partners onto our systems and tracking sheets. Oversee Customer Orders: Monitor orders from start to finish, ensuring they are accurately raised, shipped on time, and invoiced correctly. Co-ordinate delivery with partners: Complete seasonal set up requirements and work with partners to chase in PO’s and arrange upcoming deliveries. Manage Customer Communication: Utilising critical paths to provide clear visibility of customer order book Collaborate on Imports: Work closely with the imports team to ensure orders flow seamlessly through the NEXT system and supply chain and are delivered on time. Support System Development: Work with the project manager to develop warehouse and system solutions that enhance the overseas business. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships across teams, departments, and external partners.

About You:
We’re seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in critical path management, relationship building, and data analysis, ideally with experience in a similar role requiring the management of complex timelines and effective performance under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in Excel are essential, along with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with SQL or other reporting tools is a plus. Clear and confident communication, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with colleagues, clients, and partners, is vital. This role will also involve occasional travel to our Leicester office.
