Work responsibilities:
+ Establish new affiliate partnerships
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new affiliate partners who refer potential White Label clients (relevant to Wallester's risk appetites)
+ Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners: sourcing contacts, initiating conversations, and onboarding them into the referral program
+ Negotiate and formalize referral agreements, ensuring clear terms and mutual understanding
+ Educate partners on Wallester's White Label product offerings to ensure they can represent the solution accurately and effectively
+ Coordinate three-way meetings between partners, potential clients, and Wallester's dedicated Business Development Managers
+ Ensure smooth and efficient communication between all parties involved throughout the sales cycle
+ Monitor and ensure timely payment of affiliate commissions
+ Continuously nurture relationships with affiliate partners – proactively review cooperation terms, gather feedback, and align Wallester's offerings with the evolving needs of both partners and their referred clients
+ Stay closely connected to partner activities, referred client expectations, and market dynamics to ensure effective product positioning and successful onboarding
Requirements:
+ Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or a relevant role (past experience in the Fintech / B2B / Finance industry is a plus)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
+ Additional languages are a plus
+ Strong numeracy skills with an advanced understanding of cost control
+ Excellent sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
