**Job Description** **Starting wage $24.46** Midnight shift 11p-7a **Benefits include - Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K** + Continuously monitor dryer, finisher evaporator, and WPC performance and make necessary changes to operating parameters. + Notify control room lead person/management of any irregularities in the performance of equipment. + Monitor and verify that proper changes and connections have been made for production and CIP modes of operation. + Perform computer tasks as needed. + Insure correct reporting of ingredients to the inventory management system. + Maintain all production records in an orderly fashion. + Perform hourly quality checks. + Assist in other production areas as required. + Assist in loading outgoing and unloading incoming trucks of whey concentrate as required. + Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks as required to maintain plant equipment and quality standards. + Perform minor maintenance on equipment as required. + Minimize water usage and the generation of wastewater within the scope of the position. + Follow all DFA GMP’s and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements. + Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures. + The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
