Requirements:

Must be 18+ to apply and provide (2) forms of valid government issued IDOpen availability is required for all positions including availability on weekends and holidaysFull-time positions are available and must work 30-40 hours per weekEnglish language is required for all positionsAll positions except fuelers will be cross-utilized

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A WHEELCHAIR SUPERVISOR

Supervise the daily operations and activities of the wheelchair service teamEnsure efficient scheduling of wheelchair attendants across various airport terminalsMonitor safety protocols and guidelines in wheelchair handling and passenger assistanceTrain and mentor wheelchair attendants on best practices and customer service excellenceManage and resolve any operational challenges or passenger complaints related to wheelchair servicesCollaborate with airport authorities and airline staff to coordinate seamless service deliveryConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersWork closely with HR for recruitment, training, and management of wheelchair service personnelExceed customer service and safety standards set by PrimeFlightPerform any additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:

Ability to lift up to 70 poundsProlonged standing and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment as applicable Must be able to push, pull Must be able to bend, stretch, squatExposure to moderate and at times high noise levelsBe able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarmsTasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
