Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The West Region Field Director, Neuroscience Key Accounts will: + Strategically lead a Key Account Manager team that calls on large and organized customers to support the use of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Neuroscience products in the treatment of relevant states within an assigned geographical region of one or more states. + Be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic account business plan, customized to meet regional needs while aligning to company, franchise, and brand strategies, which deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives, while effectively addressing the unique needs of the accounts in the regional marketplace + Oversee selection of new Key Account staff as needed and be responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing, and retaining a diverse team of individuals who are technically able and who consistently execute the strategies of the business plan to deliver positive business results. + Establish and execute a comprehensive business plan for the business unit which aligns to the company, franchise and brand strategy with current market conditions, to drive business results. + Identify and coordinate resources, monitor operating expenses, and maintain key relationships essential to achieving growth and profitability targets, regardless of market conditions. + Elevate the account management team to a high performance, outcomes-focused, organization where diversity and inclusion are valued, and where the team’s skills, knowledge, and abilities continually evolve to meet future needs. + Develop and apply next generation analytics, knowledge of the marketplace, clinical, and customer expertise. + Coordinate efforts with business partners across the region and across accounts to deliver customer excellence, coordinate selling activities, reduce redundancy, achieve customer goals and drive growth. Qualifications Required: + A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree + A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States + A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry + A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and leading a team. + Ability to lead, develop, coach and engage in high performing, diverse teams. + Ability to travel 50%+ which may include overnights and/or weekends in support of the business. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
