Wat ga je doen?

Als werkvoorbereider van moderniseringsprojecten zorg jij ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is voordat de uitvoering start. Jij bent de schakel tussen techniek en praktijk: je stelt samen met de technisch specialist en projectleider een slimme werkmethode op, maakt duidelijke werkomschrijvingen en doet een technische opname op locatie. Daarna bestel je de benodigde materialen en check je of alles klopt in de opdrachtbevestigingen.

Je regelt ook de tekeningen, vraagt keuringen aan en zorgt dat het transport goed verloopt. Tijdens de uitvoering ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor vragen en oplossingen – je houdt de lijnen kort en de communicatie helder.

Daarnaast zorg je voor een nette administratie: je maakt een technisch dossier aan, legt alles digitaal vast en stelt overzichtelijke mappen samen. Tot slot controleer je de facturen van leveringen en geef je akkoord als alles klopt.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze moderniseringsprojecten soepel en efficiënt verlopen – van voorbereiding tot afronding.

Wat mag jij van ons verwachten? ​

Salaris: €3.378 - €4.506 volgens geldende cao passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring + een bonusregeling.

iPhone + abonnement.

27 vakantiedagen + 13 ATV dagen (optie om vakantiedagen te (ver)kopen).

Bonusregeling op basis van bedrijfsresultaat en persoonlijke prestaties.

Een werkweek van maandag t/m vrijdag. Tijden zijn in de basis tussen 8:00 en 16:30.

Wat je nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn?

Een afgeronde MTS of HTS opleiding in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.

Technische werkervaring in werkvoorbereiding, bij voorkeur in de lifttechniek of installatietechniek.

Je bent klantgericht, servicegericht en communiceert helder – zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een goed gevoel voor planning en organisatie.

Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende taken en behoudt overzicht.

Ervaring met digitale systemen en het werken met technische tekeningen is een pré.
