What You Will Do:

Supporting project management in customer projectsMaintain Jira action tracking, data quality and follow up with action ownersGenerate reporting dashboard and maintain data qualitySetup of team meetings, share agenda and meeting minutesGenerate Documentation guidelines, train team and follow up adherence. Ensure fast and easy access via clear and intuitive data structureSharePoint – define and maintain folder structure and follow up on adherence to documentation principlesTeams channel moderation – storing of attachments in permanent areas and sharing of linksModerate access control to project repositories and communication channels

What You Need:

Student in Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administration or other relevant degree courseProject management basic skills (understand main responsibility areas and project phases)Responsible way of working, independently working, self driven. Good communication skills and being able to follow up issues in global team and escalate issues and decision needs.Relevant practical experiences in industryEvidence of Engineering or Project Management related trainingPreferred location: Karlsruhe, Ulm, GarchingExperience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office applications
