Erstellen eines Dokumenten- /Datenmanagementsystems zum digitalen InstandhaltungsmanagementAbstimmung und Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Definitionen im Bereich des Asset ManagementsDigitalisierung von InstandhaltungsstrategienUnterstützung im Aufbau von Prozessen in der InstandhaltungEigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung kleiner Projekte mit dem KundenBegleitung von Vor-Ort-Terminen im Rahmen der Projektsteuerung

ein Studium des Facility Managements, Bauingenieurwesens, Maschinenbaus, Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik, Projektmanagement, Technischen Gebäudemanagements oder ähnlichesStrukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes OrganisationstalentTechnikaffinität und Interesse an innovativen LösungenTeamfähigkeit bei gleichzeitig selbstständiger ArbeitsweiseSicherer Umgang mit MS Office-AnwendungenService-, kunden- und ergebnisorientierte ArbeitsweiseSelbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und EinsatzbereitschaftSehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
