Job DescriptionConduct wellness consultations and recommend tailored wellness programs to guests
Deliver a variety of wellness sessions such as yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, fitness training, sound therapy, or mindfulness coaching
Assist in developing wellness programs and retreat packages in collaboration with Spa, F&B, and Recreation teams
Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of wellness areas including yoga decks, meditation spaces, and fitness zones
Educate guests on lifestyle, nutrition, and stress management based on wellness principles
Coordinate with therapists and spa team for seamless guest experiences
Track and evaluate guest feedback to improve offerings and satisfaction
Host sunrise/sunset yoga, aqua stretching, and beach meditation as per resort programming
Support wellness-related marketing initiatives (blogs, social posts, workshops)
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in this roleIn-depth knowledge of spa & wellness operationsExperience in luxury hotel environmentsPositive attitude with an open mindsetStrong team management skills with excellent organizational abilitiesProactive and innovative in generating ideas
