Overview
Job Summary
Provide general information and assistance to the Healthplex customers and provide staff with clerical assistance. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
+ Introduce new members and guests to the Healthplex, assisting them in a courteous and professional manner. Sign new members up and acquire appropriate money and paperwork. 20 %
+ Man the check in desk to ensure only paying members in good standing are using the facility. Greet members as they enter and leave the Healthplex. Issue keys, lap counters, etc. Receive, screen and refer all incoming calls and visitors. 20 %
+ Ring up sales as needed in the cash register, giving appropriate change and securing a receipt on the transaction. Maintain appearance and functional capacity of front desk area. Light data entry. 20 %
+ Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Healthplex by assisting in other areas as necessary. 20 %
+ Participate in continuing education programs. 10 %
+ Assist in supervision and safety within the Healthplex. 10 %"
