As a Wellness Instructor, you are responsible for guiding guests through physical and holistic wellness experiences in a safe, engaging, and personalized way. You will lead a variety of classes—from high-energy workouts to mindful healing practices—while promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Conduct wellness classes including yoga, functional training, Aqua Yoga, stretching, and other fitness activities tailored to different levels.
• Facilitate holistic sessions such as meditation, breathwork, and sound healing in a calm and welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests before and after sessions to personalize their wellness experience and offer guidance aligned with their individual goals.
• Promote regular participation in the resort’s wellness program through enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for wellbeing.
• Support in planning and updating the weekly wellness schedule and assist with special events or retreats when needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and emergency procedures as needed, ensuring a secure and professional atmosphere for all participants.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Yoga certification and/or fitness certifications (functional training, Aqua fitness, etc.)
• Certifications in holistic practices such as sound healing, meditation, or breathwork
• Passion for wellness in all its forms—physical, mental, and emotional
• Committed to delivering a high level of personalized guest service
• Confident leading both high-energy fitness sessions and calming holistic experiences
• Solid understanding of anatomy, safe movement practices, and class adaptation for different fitness levels
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Previous experience leading wellness activities in a luxury hospitality
• Ability to consistently conduct oneself with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative, guest-centered team
