MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To support the delivery of wellness services and activations by providing operational, client-facing, and sales support at Mediclinic sponsored events and by covering Health Experience Hub operations during team absences. The Wellness Executive ensures seamless client journeys, actively promotes and sells Mediclinic wellness and healthcare services, and contributes to revenue and engagement targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Provide operational and client-facing support during external events, ensuring high-quality service, client engagement, and adherence to event plans

Cover Health Experience Hub operations during vacations or absences, maintaining service levels, managing client interactions, and supporting daily Hub activities

Actively sell wellness and healthcare services and packages at events and in the Hub, aligned with client needs, organizational policies, and sales targets

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wellness programs, services, and event procedures to educate, guide, and influence clients effectively

Support administrative, reporting, and logistical tasks related to events and Hub operations

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role within healthcare, wellness, or retail

Desired: Previous experience in B2C Sales, supporting wellness events, promotional activations, or healthcare campaigns, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
