Job Description:Serve as a mentor, educator, and advocate for personal health and wellnessCollaborate on developing and implementing wellness activities that promote overall healthDeliver engaging group sessions on topics like stress management, healthy living, and prevention strategiesOffer one-on-one coaching to help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers, and maintain motivationTrack outcomes and participant feedback to continuously strengthen the programProvide insight and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

Health Coaching Certification preferredStrong communication skills and a motivational approach to working with diverse individualsCritical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently

This is a 40-hour, weekday position based in Waterville, ME, with full benefits. The role is part of our Sports & Wellness job family and offers the opportunity to make a real impact in partnership with Occupational Health teams in an active, on-site industrial setting.
