The Wellbeing Experience Specialist is an energetic, resourceful, and ultra-organized individual who support the Global Wellbeing pillars – physical, mental, social, career and financial – and gives team members a sense of belonging and community through activities, engagement and events. The ideal candidate is high energy, has a positive attitude, enjoys supporting social events and appreciates the power of connection. These People Experience & Wellbeing roles will be a key partner to the site/country leaders, PMOs, and Global Business Partners, while also doing the work needed to support the Global Wellbeing team and its programs and initiatives – you are a critical part of a dynamic team which is wholly focused on providing the best experience for our team members; fostering a relationship with these key partners is an important part of your role.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Collaborate with Partners to Deliver ProgramsIdentify key site leadership and impactful partners at each site in the regionCreate and maintain partnerships with key People Program Managers, Global Wellbeing team, Facilities, EHS, Foundation, Procurement, site leaders, PMOs and executive admins, and supplier partnersCreate a community network of peers and community resourcesLead the communication and promotion to local site networks, and improve the delivery of materials and relationship with the on-site contactsCommunicate with site team members through creative and engaging channelsEstablish relationships with all levels of the organization and business to ensure awareness of team member needs and current offeringsCommunicate with partners and solicit input and feedback to ensure expectations are metCollaborate with counterparts in different regions to share practices

Coordinate Wellbeing Programming and DeliveryCreate and see through local plan/calendar for delivery of Global Wellbeing programsAssess the needs at each location and create an approach to ensure program impact and that local needs are addressedPartner with local Wellbeing resources and Site Wellbeing Committees to deliver events, activities, communications and promotion and to incorporate needs and feedback into programmingPromote internal programs such as the Employee Assistance Program, International SOS and Micron’s Wellbeing PortalDevelop an understanding of the comprehensive benefits offered by the Global Health and Wellbeing team, including healthcare and selective benefits provided to team members, and the ways they support total team member wellbeingContribute to global wellbeing work and connecting with other partners such as EHS, CSC, ER, facilities, and business partnersSteward global protocols, processes and practices for consistency and governance. Partner at the local/regional level to ensure practices are relevant and adoptedManage vendors and services associated with the Wellbeing programs locallyAdminister and support translation validation for local PeopleNow team member programs content

Steward the Wellbeing Experience AssessmentData Collection and ValidationParticipate in the data collection and data validation to build the Wellbeing Experience Assessment and related presentation in preparation for overview meeting with Site Leader and key Wellbeing partnersSite Leader Relationship ManagementPartner with WBLT and other LDW program owners to facilitate future meetings with the Site Leader and key Wellbeing partners, based on the priorities outlined in overview meetingProgram Implementation and ManagementLead the development and delivery of wellbeing related activities and site wellbeing support that come out of Site Leader priorities and follow-up meetingsImplement and drive continuous improvements to the team member experience to increase engagement, drive productivity and increase retentionRegularly conduct focus groups and surveys with team members to identify areas to improve their experience and to assess the impact of implemented solutionsBuild, organize and analyze survey, focus group and other primary research instruments to gauge experience within team member programs

Coordinate Wellbeing digital tools and resources locallyCreate and execute global plan for team member enrollment, engagement and adoption to meet participation metrics locallyDevelop communications and change management campaigns to drive adoption and engagementPartner with Wellbeing Experience Operations Specialists to share the needs locally and to design a localized engagement plan

Make meaningful memoriesSupport site event planning and executionMicron Anniversary, Annual Family Day events, vendor partner promotion, wellbeing activities, Micron holiday gift, milestone anniversary appreciation events, etc.Coordinate in country recreational activitiesSupport activities and events sponsored by DEI, ERGs, Micron Connection Interest Clubs and Site Celebration CommitteesCoordinate resource scheduling for site spaces, such as Cafeterias, Gazebos & Fitness Centers, Recreation Areas and Multipurpose Rooms where appropriateCoordinate local employee discount programs such as employee extras, commuter programs, alternative transit events, etc.Support Micron Foundation community volunteerismCoordinate wellbeing activities such as monthly blood drives, health checks, wellbeing workshops

Curate engaging workspacesBe the Subject Matter Expert for spatial workplace environment, people programs, special projects as assignedMaintain site inventory for programs, conveniences, amenities, and physical environmentManage and promote workspaces including fitness centers, exercise spaces, wellness rooms, recreation rooms and refresh rooms. Serve as HR liaison with space planningOversee local Fitness Center operations, where applicableManage Fitness Center equipment inventory and MaintenanceSupport group fitness classes and instructor relationshipsOversee local Company Store operations, where applicableMaintain inventory, ordering, special ordersAssist procurement with in-country sources of purchasingSet store schedule and support daily operationsMaintain Point of Sale systemsAddress customer questions and/or issues

Integrate Work ExperiencesSupport local Connect Groups and Interest ClubsEvaluate and implement concierge and team member amenities and conveniences as desired by team members and/or Site LeadershipEnsure that programs are current with regard to benchmarks, team member preference, trends, practices and costs.

Support the Whole FamilyDevelop and support in country childcare and eldercare programsEnsure that programs are current with regard to benchmarks, team member preference, trends, practices and costsPartner with Procurement and Finance to coordinate in country subsidies and childcare operations as directed by the local childcare or eldercare programs

EducationBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Health Sciences, Corporate Health, Organizational Effectiveness, Event Management, Hospitality or Communications, or equivalent experience is required.

Skills and QualificationsExperience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority.Experience with employee engagement, user experience design, design thinking, and change management.Positivity, empathy, and charisma that draws people in. Someone who relates well to people from all backgrounds and who can lift people’s spiritsA strong passion for people, innovation and technologyStrong project management skills, ability to assess and translate business strategies and workforce implicationsStrong presentation, facilitation and communications skillsExcellent time management skillsExperience in multinational company and technology industry is preferredJapanese & English communication skills
