As a Shop Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in:

Leading and training welders and fittersManaging workflow and ensuring deadlines are metPerforming and overseeing GMAW (MIG) welding and steel fittingReading blueprints and interpreting complex fabrication detailsEnsuring work meets quality control (QC) requirements for structural steelPreferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

5–7 years of experience in commercial structural steel fabricationAdvanced skills in steel fitting and weldingStrong leadership and team management experienceIn-depth knowledge of QC standards for structural steelExpert-level ability in blueprint reading and detail interpretation
