- $23 per hour to start - depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform hand and robotic welding on metal components based on manufacturing instructions and blueprints

Fit, grind, and de-burr components to ensure proper alignment and quality prior to welding

Grind, polish, and clean finished parts to meet specifications

Use jigs, fixtures, or block setups to hold parts in position during welding

Operate welding equipment including spot welders, arc welders, plasma cutters, MIG and TIG welders

Handle basic material preparation tasks such as degreasing, wiping, or smoothing edges

Ensure parts and scrap are placed in appropriate bins and maintain a clean work area

Assist team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Complete documentation and recordkeeping as required by production processes

Working hours: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
