岗位目标: 独立完成普通工作岗位的一系列常规焊接任务。

岗位职责: 

1、完成卡特彼勒内部焊接认证培训，在试用期完成前通过测试取得资格认证；测试次数不得超过2次。

2、在焊接技术员被提升为初级焊接专员之前要完成所有驾驶舱工厂定义的必须培训。 

3、完成普通工作岗位的常规焊接任务

4、熟悉所负责产品的质检要求，能够独立承担内检操作（包括基本的检查和打磨工作）并达到预先设定的质量目标

5、参与班前流程改进对话，根据过去的生产提出遇到的问题和建议认真听取主管的各项要求

6、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生

7、积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡

8、按时完成公司要求的各项培训，自主完成对工作有益的其他培训

9、主动学习CPS和6 Sigma的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中

10、严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定，避免质量缺陷的发生

11、积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生

12、严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率

13、当因原材料、设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班，以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务

14、按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作

15、积极关注成本节约，努力消除工作中的各项浪费

16、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作

背景/经验: 

1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神

2、中专及以上学历, 焊接或者机械专业. 能读懂机械图纸，了解通常的技术要求比如焊接符号，公差等等

3、取得国家规定的焊接资格和焊工等级认证；能熟练操作GMAW，能从事金属切割和打磨工作

4、使用普通的检查工具和焊接线的专有检查工具如卡钳，卷尺，焊接线量具等等；负责普通的焊接质量要求并且了解普通焊接线不良的根本原因和预防改进措施。

具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念

6、具备简单的英语阅读能力，了解简单的英语焊接术语。

7、具备简单的计算机操作能力

8、取得卡特彼勒内部焊接资格认证, 完成驾驶舱工厂定义的所有必须培训并且 取得至少一个普通焊接工位或内部检验工位的工作资格认证

9、该岗位中等劳动强度，需要长时间站立，保持姿势，过程中需要间断搬运中等重物，为确保劳动者安全，腰部无严重疾病。

JOB PURPOSE: Perform a series of routing welding tasks for normal work stations individually.

JOB DUTIES: 

1、Finish Caterpillar internal weld certification training, pass the test and get the certification by the end of probationer ship; Test time should not be over than 2 times

2、Finish all required trainings, which were defined by OSF that should be finished before the welder technician is promoted to weld specialist. 

3、Perform weld for normal work station

4、Familiar with the inspect standard, can independently finish the internal inspect(including internal inspect and polish) and meet the quality smart goal.

5、Participates in pre-shift PID (Process Improvement Dialogue), raise issues and suggestions per the passed production, and follow all requirements from supervisor

6、Wears the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) of his position properly. Strictly follow all safety policy to avoid any injury

7、Actively participate in finding issues and risks during production, and submit them by CI (Continue Improvement) cards actively

8、Finish all required training on time, and finish all other work-related trainings, which are helpful to his/her job

9、Learns all work-related knowledge of CPS & 6 sigma actively and apply them to his/her job

10、Performs Standard Work Sheet and all other quality management policy and guideline to avoid quality issue

11、Actively works with related people to analyze the root cause of quality issue, and take the action per requirement to avoid similar issue happens again

12、Perform production per schedule completely, and continuously improve efficiency

13、Timely report to operation supervisor or team lead when the production shut down because of material, equipment and quality issues, in order to recover to production ASAP or change the schedule

14、Perform 5S and TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) per requirement

15、Actively focus on cost saving, and continuously eliminate all sorts of waste among his/her job

16、Seriously perform all policies and guidelines, and finish any other job which is arranged by the supervisor or team lead

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: 

1、Be integrity, good communication skill, strong consciousness at commitment and teamwork

2、Require Technical secondary school or equal education background, major in weld or mechanic. Can read mechanic print, and know normal technical requirement such as weld symbol, tolerance and so on

3、Got both welder qualification and welder grade certificates which are certified by Chinese government; Can operate GMAW expertly; Can do metal cutting and grinding job

4、Can use normal inspection tool and specific weld line inspection tool such as Caliper, tape, weld line gage and so on; Master normal weld quality requirement and know the root cause and preventive action for normal weld line defects

Good consciousness of 5S & TPM

6、Can read simple information in English; Know simple English weld term

7、Simple computer operation skill

8、Got Caterpillar internal welder certification, finish all required trainings which were defined by OSF and got at least one certification of normal weld work station or internal inspect work station.

9、This position has medium labor intensity, which requires standing for a long time and maintaining posture. During the process, medium heavy objects need to be carried intermittently. In order to ensure the safety of the workers, there are no serious diseases in the waist.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
