Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on parts and frames, ensuring all work meets engineering standards.Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine the correct welding processes and follow standard welding symbols.Conduct thorough inspections of completed welds to maintain strict quality and structural integrity standards.Handle a variety of duties including welding, grinding, and repairing welded assemblies on raw steel.Accurately complete and submit all required reports and documents on time.Operate hoists safely to position parts for welding.Effectively communicate any production issues or concerns to your supervisor.Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.

Working hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent.A technical high school degree in the welding field.At least one (1) year of welding experience in a production environment (manual or robotic).Three (3) or more years of experience in production MIG welding.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Proficiency in setting up and using MIG welding equipment, oxyacetylene torches, sanders, grinders, and other hand tools.Knowledge of and experience with operating and reading measurement devices.All applicants must pass a GMAW skills test, which includes a single-pass weld on a 1/8" steel butt vertical down.Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to safety.Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining production schedules.
