Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)Perform MIG/TIG welding and fabrication of steel components for ventilation systemsRead and follow blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsInspect and finish welds to meet quality standardsMaintain welding equipment and keep work area safe and organizedWork with team members to complete custom fabrication projects on timeWelder/Fabricator Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Proven welding and fabrication experience (MIG/TIG preferred)Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workMust wear above-the-ankle steel-toe boots and required PPEAble to work safely in a fast-paced fabrication environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
