We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Welder to join a production team on the afternoon shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in producing high-quality, precision work. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core welding based on project requirementsRead and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsSet up welding equipment and ensure all safety procedures are followedCarry out fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structuresInspect and test completed welds for accuracy, strength, and appearanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organised work areaCommunicate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow 
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standardsAbility to work independently during the afternoon shift with minimal supervisionCompetence with grinders, saws, torches, and other metalworking toolsAbility to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials and componentsWelding certifications (CWB, AWS, etc.) are an asset but not required
