What You'll Be Doing

Perform welding and fabrication on plant equipment and structures.Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems to ensure safe operation.Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.Operate cutting torches, grinders, and other welding tools safely and efficiently.Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.Capability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
