Job Description Insight Global is seeking a ceritified welder who will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes. Must follow WPS, blueprints, and safety standards to produce high-quality, code-compliant welds. Key Duties: Weld and repair plate, pipe, and structural assemblies Interpret blueprints and verify fit-up before welding Conduct inspections and maintain weld documentation Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols Collaborate with QA/QC and suggest process improvements Strong emphasis in TIG aluminum thick plates We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
