(Temp-to-Perm)
Pay: $23–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT available but not required)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Welder with 3–5 years of experience. Stainless steel and GMAW short arc experience is preferred. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to pass FCAW and GMAW weld tests.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality welds to meet customer and company standards
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, cranes, and forklifts
Complete job documentation and weld identifications
Support team operations and meet production deadlines
Requirements:
3+ years welding experience (stainless steel preferred)
High School diploma or GED (trade school certification a plus)
Ability to pass required weld tests (FCAW 3G CS Open Root vertical up & GMAW 3G CS Open Root vertical down)
Strong safety mindset and reliability
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
