**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Welder/Fabricator where you will contribute to the production of large industrial machinery. This role involves MIG welding metal parts, using engineering prints to assemble and tack parts, and then welding them together. We seek someone with a few years of welding experience who is comfortable reading and interpreting prints. This is a temp-to-hire position, ideal for a dependable individual looking for a long-term opportunity. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on metal parts for industrial machinery. + Use engineering prints to accurately assemble and tack parts. + Read and interpret blueprints and engineering prints. + Handle structural steel welding and fitting tasks. + Operate a variety of machinery and perform grinding tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in MIG welding, particularly structural steel welding. + Proficiency in fabricating and interpreting engineering prints. + Ability to read a tape measure and use measuring tools. **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment where each welder has their own workstation. Expect heavy production and lifting. The role is open due to the current MIG robot welder operator moving on.
