Welder
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our fence fabrication and installation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and working with steel or iron to build and repair high-quality fencing products.

Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Fabricate and weld metal components for residential and commercial fencingRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurementsPerform MIG welding on steel, iron, and other materialsGrind, cut, and finish welded parts for clean and secure jointsInspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrityAssist with fence installation when neededWelder Qualifications:
1+ years of welding experience (MIG preferred)Ability to lift 75lbs and maneuver heavy materialsFamiliarity with fencing materials and fabrication techniques preferredStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable and able to work in various weather conditionsValid Driver's License requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
