Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:30pm to 10:00pm)The ability to work as a team, follow orders, and complete tasks as assigned by supervisorRead blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures Determine the appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods based on requirements Set up components for welding according to specifications Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded Align components using fixtures, tape measure, levels, speed square, etc. and clamp pieces Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)Prepare trailers and other components by welding pieces and filling gapsWelder Qualifications:
MIG experience requiredKnowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus Ability to lift, push, pull heavy items up to 50-70 pounds consistently required Must have the ability to use and read a tape measurePre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
