We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our Welding team at our production location in Ede. Our team do Manual-, Semi-automatic-, and Robotic welding of process connections to common assembly’s, according to our quality requirements.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Welding: Tack; Manual; Semi-automatic; Robotic
- Adjust manual welding power source
- Measure TIR (Total Indication Run-out) and F2F (Face to Face dimension)
- Grind weld to specifications
- Visual inspection of finished work
- Verify common assembly, process connections and heat extender against bill of material
- Verify availability of material certificates
- Process transactions and enter quality data business system
- Rework of non-conformities
- Performing hydro static tests
- Performing helium leak tests
- Performing H-series polishing and measuring roughness
- Support with/during other production processes and support the Manufacturing Engineering team
Who are you?

You are a team player, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. You speak either English or Dutch fluently (fluency in both languages is a plus).
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Fluent Dutch language skills; English language skills are beneficial, fluency in both is preferred.
- Experience in precision instrument welding is preferred.
- On the Job Training Manual Welding is provided and must be completed successfully.
- To be able to work in a standing position whilst using welding equipment
- Good eyesight
- To be able and willing to work in the required shift pattern
- Two appropriate references of prior employment and a Certificate/Declaration of Good Conduct (VOG)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Diploma in TIG steel manual welding level II or higher (or recognized equivalent).

This position is in a team working in a 2-shift rotation, alternate weeks, and a 20% shift allowance is provided for this.
First shift: 05:30-14:00
Second shift: 13:30-22:00
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. A 12-month contract will be offered (initially) to external hires.
