Key Responsibilities: + Deliver exceptional customer and donor service to ensure 100% satisfaction. + Stay informed about brand names, maker's marks, and trends, including vintage and current opportunities. + Inspect and process soft line goods, ensuring they meet quality standards: no stains, tears, missing buttons, etc. + Hang, tag, and size apparel onto racks, transporting them to designated areas. + Maintain accurate hang and rotation counts while meeting agency goals. + Ensure the hanging and processing areas are clean, organized, and safe. + As needed, assist with floor running, apparel rotation, and dressing room maintenance. + Uphold and model the DGR MODE Guiding Principles in all tasks and interactions. Key Competencies: + Integrity and respect for all + Strong customer service orientation + Teamwork and effective communication + Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Qualifications: + Strong interpersonal and social skills. + Familiarity with color shades and tones. + Knowledge of merchandise categories (e.g., brand names, antiques, vintage, collectibles). + Experience with personal computers is preferred.
