They welcome every client, guide them through our services, and create an engaging, supportive environment built on education and connection. HWRs are sales-driven team members who confidently introduce clients to Restore’s full suite of services, build relationships that drive membership growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.

This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Service Flow

Greet every client warmly and ensure check-in/check-out is smooth and efficient.

Educate clients on Restore’s mission, services, and membership options.

Guide clients through studio tours, service introductions, and first-time client flows.

Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment at all times.

Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues with professionalism.

Sales & Membership Growth

Present membership options and confidently close sales.

Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals for memberships, packages, and retail.

Effectively use lead management systems (calls, texts, and emails) to nurture prospects.

Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive new business.

Actively track and follow up with trial clients to convert them into long-term members.

Studio Operations

Assist with scheduling, client records, and service documentation.

Uphold safety and compliance standards for all services.

Ensure equipment, service rooms, and retail areas are organized and ready for clients.

Support General Manager and Assistant General Manager with studio initiatives and daily operational needs.

Team Contribution

Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, performance-driven culture.

Participate in training, team meetings, and studio growth initiatives.

Offer and receive feedback to support both individual and team development.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales (wellness/fitness/spa setting preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.

Comfort with technology, scheduling systems, and lead management tools.

Availability to work weekends.

Passion for health, wellness, and helping others improve their quality of life.
