**Job Title: Weekend Shift - Brake Press Operator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic precision metal fabrication team, specializing in industries such as Aerospace, Medical, Appliance, Defense Contracting, Architectural, and more. We are seeking a dedicated Brake Press Operator for our weekend shift to contribute to our high-quality manufacturing processes. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate laser equipment. + Utilize micrometers and calipers for precise measurements. + Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines. + Work from blueprints to ensure exact specifications are met. + Interpret data from Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and manual measurements, making necessary adjustments to machining processes. + Handle materials up to 25 pounds regularly and use a lift for weights around 50 pounds. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers. + Experience with machine operation, specifically laser equipment, for at least 3 years. + Ability to set up machines and program them for specific tasks. + Knowledge in punch press and robot operations. + Experience with press brake techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 1 year of experience in setting up laser equipment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a range of benefits including a company stock program launching in 2023, flexible work schedules, and a clean, organized, temperature-controlled environment.
