Job Description:

Weekend RN – Behavioral Health (Home Care)
Part-Time | Every Weekend or Every Other Weekend | Baylor Program Eligible
Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🩺 What You’ll Do:

Provide personalized behavioral health nursing care in patients’ homes

Conduct full assessments—physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual

Collaborate to develop and update individualized care plans

Monitor progress and respond to changes in patient condition

Educate patients, families, and caregivers for better health outcomes

Supervise behavioral health aides and LPNs as needed

Use Homecare HomeBase to document care clearly and efficiently (preferred)

✅ What You’ll Bring:

Active RN license (unrestricted and state-specific)

At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience

Weekend availability and local travel (approx. 50%)

Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance

Bonus: Experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Behavioral Health

Bonus: Proficiency with Homecare HomeBase

Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
