Location:  

Schertz (3009/IH-35 – same side as Walmart) 
 

Shifts:  

Weekend Shift Opportunities Available – 1st & 2nd Shift 

Pay:  

Weekend shift pay includes an 11% differential above standard weekday rates. 

Schedules: 

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Friday – Sunday  2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Friday – Sunday 

Training Details: 

Training runs Monday – Thursday/Friday  Week 1: Training on 1st shift only (regardless of assigned shift)  Weeks 2–September: Training will rotate between 1st and 2nd shift  Candidates must be flexible to work both shifts during the training period 

Overtime: 

If overtime is available, it will take place Monday – Thursday during standard 1st or 2nd shift hours 

 

What’s the Job? 

Assemble and secure engine components following work instructions  Install gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, and other parts  Inspect parts for quality and report defects  Follow standard operating procedures in a safe and clean work environment 

What’s Needed? 

Background check and drug screen  Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions  Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during a 10-hour shift  Must be 18 years or older  Willingness to work overtime as needed
