Education Qualification  Bachelor degree or above

Act as China WeCom IT SPOC and application owner Run daily operations, meeting SLA, security, and Ford IT standards Shape and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business owners Translate requirements into a prioritized backlog; lead delivery, risk mitigation, and post-launch support Track KPIs, analyze product health, and drive improvements from user and partner feedback Coordinate cross-functional teams and release dependencies; ensure data security and compliance Research new technologies for business value and support related MSS initiatives (Ford China, Lincoln, Ford Beyond)
