**Basic purpose of the job**
The main purpose of this Website Improvement lead role is to conduct the followings in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
1: take responsibility of leading projects of developing new functionalities or new content pages for particular brands
2: contribute to develop and implement new overall owned site and omni-channel strategy
3: take responsibility for the entire processes of website membership registration, management and membership increase across brands (including consent management)
This role requires not only the experience of encouraging sales reps to implement digital strategy at pharmaceutical companies but also the agility to quickly catch up and adapt with website function, website operation process and changing business needs of each TA. Additionally, Project Management experience to improve efficiency is required.
**Accountabilities**
1 Functional Development: Develop and implement new website features and functionalities to enhance user experience and engagement of particular brands
1.1 Manage demand of new functionalities and new contents of particular brands in an efficient and effective manner
1.2 Manage development process of particular brands in an efficient and effective manner
1.3 Continuously contribute to improve operation process based on changes in business situation and circumstances
2 Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance, including traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and generate reports to track progress.
2.1 Define the requirement of actionable performance reports of particular brands
2.2 Consult with TA of particular brands by interpreting performance reports
2.3 Continuously contribute to improve website contents or campaign process based on changes in business situation and circumstances
2.4 Plan new overall owned site and omni-channel strategy
3 Membership management: Lead membership registration, management process and membership increase projects(including consent management process)
3.1 Lead membership registration process based on feedbacks from sales department
3.2 Establish membership management process and improve member engagement(including consent management process)
3.3 Plan and implement membership increase projects in an efficient and effective manner through collaboration with each marketing and sales team

**Job Complexity**
The position would have various touch points across all levels including senior leadership, within NBI and global BI. This role requires the ability to have strong stakeholder management across multiple division/departments through effective communication. This position will work across a matrix organization and as a change agent, will need to effectively influence without authority.

Respective BU, Brand, TA, IT, Legal, Finance and Purchasing. Outside of NBI:Vendors
**Job Expertise**
Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing for enhancing membership engagement
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales department.
Regulatory Compliance: In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements, including data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee website development projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

**Minimum Education/Degree Requirements**
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
**Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)**
Language skills:
• Japanese: Fluent/Native
• English: Business (CEFR B2)
prior experiences (either of the below 2 experiences are mandatory)
• sales, marketing or digital marketing (at least 3 years)
• website operation/development experiences (at least 3 years)
