With our incredible plans for the future of mobility, we have a wide variety of opportunities for you to accelerate your career and help us define tomorrow’s transportation. **Roles & Responsibilidades:** **Website coordination:** + Develop and maintain, with the agency, an editorial calendar for brand sections (nameplates, launches, campaigns, innovation, etc.). + Coordinate with internal areas and the agency the scheduling and execution of relevant updates. + Review and validate that the content generated and uploaded by the agency accurately reflects the brand's messages and guidelines. + Approve information updates based on brand guidelines, ensuring legal compliance. + Coordinate with the agency the publication, updates, and removal of campaigns, promotions, and corporate news. + Oversee the correct visual and functional integration of landing pages, banners, and graphic resources developed and published by the agency. + Monitor, together with the agency, the navigation and user experience in the brand sections, proposing and validating UX/UI improvements. + Validate the implementation of recommendations to ensure digital accessibility and visual consistency across all devices. + Receive, analyze, and validate reports and dashboards prepared by the agency on the performance of the nameplate landing pages. + Present executive reports to the Website Manager, providing insights, conclusions, and continuous improvement proposals based on the information provided by the agency. + Oversee brand perception and reputation monitoring on the site through social listening and feedback via Medallia reports, coordinating corrective actions with the agency if necessary. + Prioritize and follow up, together with the agency, on content update or publication requests from internal clients. + Prioritize and follow up on website projects with the IT team, as well as work closely with the Latin American teams. **E-commerce:** + Coordinated and executed nameplate publications and product launches on Ford.mx/online-purchase, ensuring accuracy and meeting global and local deadlines. + Managed and followed up with global teams (FBS India) for file acquisition, review, translation, and uploading to the e-commerce platform. + Actively collaborated with IT Support for the proper technical implementation and publication of content. **Whatsapp Business y Chatbot:** + Monitoring and support: Oversee the platform's proper functioning, provide support, and train the support team. + Content updates and improvements: Review and optimize automated messages, quick responses, and conversational flows based on identified needs. + Metric analysis and reporting: Analyze performance (volume, response times, satisfaction) weekly and present monthly reports with recommendations for improvement. + User experience management: Collect and analyze user feedback to adjust processes and ensure an experience aligned with other digital channels. + Security and integration: Ensure compliance with privacy guidelines, proper integration with CRM, and automation of reports and processes. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, communication, business, or related field + Good result-oriented analysis skill of business issues or opportunities based on industry, segment and customer insights. + At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, + Graphic design skills, use of tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva + Self-starter and Ownership  + Good communication & High Level English skills + Data analysis skills + Good team player + Mindset for continuous improvement and always seek for improvement. + Commited and highly responsible to deliver outcomes. + High level of corporate software management; Excel, PowerPoint, Word + Creativity and initiative + Organization capacity + Work under pressure and easy adaptation to change. **Requisition ID** : 46768
