We are seeking a Website Content Specialist to maintain and optimize high-quality, engaging digital content across our websites and digital platforms. This role is key to ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with ResMed’s brand voice and marketing goals. You will work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to publish, update, and enhance web content that supports campaigns and optimizes user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update content across multiple digital platforms, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and engagingUse content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and HubSpot to organize, schedule, and publish web content efficientlyCollaborate with marketing and creative teams to copy edit and proofread content before publication, maintaining brand tone and clarityIdentify opportunities to optimize landing pages for improved performance, user engagement, and conversion ratesImplement SEO best practices to enhance search visibility and organic traffic, ensuring all content meets accessibility standards and brand guidelinesPlan and execute A/B and multivariate testing to analyze content effectiveness and user behavior, applying insights to improve digital strategiesMonitor website analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize content and enhance user experienceCoordinate with developers and UX teams to ensure content integrates seamlessly with site design and functionalityAssist in managing digital asset libraries and ensure content is consistently updated across all digital touchpointsStay informed about the latest trends in digital content management, SEO, accessibility, and user experience to recommend improvementsLet’s talk about you
Minimum of 5 years of experience in web content production and management for digital platformsExperience in WordPress CMS, HubSpot CMS, or other enterprise content management systemsProven expertise in web content editing, proofreading, and quality controlFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite for image editing and optimization for web placementExperience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.com is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsFoundational understanding of marketing user experiences principles and how content influences engagement and conversionJoining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
