The Role
The Website Account Manager is responsible for providing product specific expertise, training, and consulting to internal
and external sources concerning the DealerSocket website and digital marketing product lines. The Website Account
Manager is customer facing and functions as the main point of contact for website clients. The Website Account
Manager also acts as the team lead per account for digital marketing strategy.

Establish strong customer relationships in an effort to retain DealerSocket website and digital marketingrevenueExpectation to upsell website and digital marketing products to current and prospective cross-productcustomersAttend and lead website digital marketing customer strategy sessions and serve as strategy team lead peraccountComplete simple to moderately complex tasks related to the website customer serviceDevelop and implement best practices for websiteAnalyze various forms of data to make recommendations to internal and external sourcesWork independently under general supervision with minimal directionsExpectation to hit specific team and individual metrics and complete other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
1+ years of experience with one or more DealerSocket ProductProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated leadership in a team settingDemonstrated communication skills in a team settingDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phoneBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceExperience in the automotive industryExperience with SalesforceGoogle Analytics and Google Ads CertificationExperience with preparation, presentation and execution of digital marketing strategyPreferred consultative sales experience. Will train the right candidate.Position may require some travel – up to 25%
