As a Web UX Developer, you will be part of the Communications & Marketing department supporting intranet development and content management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and technical proficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Web UX Developer
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range:** 55hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the launch of a new intranet by creating and managing intranet sites and pages in Staffbase
+ Collaborate with Business Unit site owners to determine content migration needs
+ Provide guidance on site layout options to optimize user experience
+ Assist with content migration and ensure seamless transition to the new platform
+ Work closely with Communications & Marketing and other teams to deliver engaging web content
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Web Development, or related field
+ At least 1 year of experience in User Experience Engineering with web content writing
+ Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience
+ Experience with content management systems is required
+ Preference for candidates with Staffbase experience
