Located in Kent, Ohio. 

We are currently looking to add a Web Developer to our team in Kent. This is a full time position.

Position is in-person at our corporate campus in Kent.

Candidate must be able to commute to Kent, Ohio daily.

Job Duties

The Web Developer will provide our government, commercial, utility, not for profit, and internal clients with the tools, services and solutions needed to effectively collect, assemble, manage and report on information. Work effectively in a variety of computer systems and software applications. With teammates, understand the contract needs and specifications of clients and their customers and develop appropriate solutions. Organize and develop efficient project-based work assignments from start to completion. Analyze data requests and design appropriate solutions. Understand and apply per client specifications, applicable regulations, and compliance standards. Program systems to meet client and/or project specifications. Provide support to product users positively and effectively. Manage and back up data holdings in an organized structure. Work individually and with teammates, occasionally directly with clients, and represent the company and the client at infrequent professional meetings. Qualifications

Previous Experience Required:

5 years minimum experience with the following:

Full-stack web development Python (with Django, Flask, etc.) JavaScript RDBM (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

 

Knowledge and/or experience in the following areas is a plus:

Linux Geospatial experience (i.e. geography knowledge, GIS) Additional Information
