AEM Migration Web Designer
The role involves migrating and recreating web pages in a new content management system (CMS) called AEM. This process requires analyzing existing pages, assessing their content, and determining the best way to integrate them into the new templates. Attention to detail is critical, as all content, links, images, and videos must be thoroughly reviewed, verified, and adapted to align with the updated style and design guidelines where necessary. Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the website migration process by recreating existing pages in the new CMS, AEM, using updated templates and components. This includes as well updates of existing AEM pages.Recreate visuals if necessary for the pages (such as banners, headers, and advertisements) within the Adobe Photoshop programme, respecting the brand guidelines. Retouch and edit product images if needed.Attend AEM training sessions to gain the skills and knowledge required for creating and managing pages effectively.Identify and report issues with templates and components to the IT team, ensuring clear communication of progress and outcomes to the rest of the team.Contribute to the development of websites by providing intuitive, usable, and engaging digital products efficiently and compellingly in accordance with channel and campaign plans across Europe. Participating in digital projects with a focus on crafting intuitive, inclusive and accessible design solutions whilst respecting brand guidelines.Stay informed of current digital trends and software developments.
 

Competences and Personal Attributes:

Proven experience with CMS (preferably Adobe AEM).Ability to prioritise, deliver within quality/budget/time and work in a fast-paced environment. Use of AI tools to generate time savings is appreciated.An understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus. Knowledge of Javascript is a nice-to-have.Demonstrated ability working with ADOBE Photoshop.Solid knowledge of UX/UI design (Knowledge of Adobe XD and/or FIGMA tool for wireframe creation is nice-to-have)Ability to apply standard methodologies within digital marketing tools and improve them.
 

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

1+ years experience in web design, e-commerce or digital marketing to degree level.Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite software on a PCMust be proficient in English. Ability in additional languages is desirable.
